What is included in the price?

Everything. Unlimited bookings, the embed widget, the floor plan, the guest database, email confirmations, an SMS quota, prepayment via Stripe and all future updates. No modules to buy on top.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. You pay month to month and cancel with one click in your settings — at any time. The annual plan is paid up front and is not refunded for remaining months, but there is no minimum period on monthly billing.

Do I have to give card details to try it?

No. The 14-day trial requires no payment details. When you want to continue after the trial, you add a payment card.

What if I have two locations?

One subscription covers one venue. With two venues it costs two subscriptions (698 DKK/mo, or 598 DKK/mo on an annual plan). You manage both from the same account with separate access per venue.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the paid period. After that you can export your guest data and booking history (CSV/JSON) for 30 days. The account is then permanently deleted, in line with our data processing agreement.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes. You can upgrade to an annual plan at any time. The remaining monthly billing period is credited against the new annual plan (pro rata).

What is the SMS quota?

An SMS quota is included in the subscription. The quota covers booking confirmations and reminders for the vast majority of venues. Beyond the quota, additional SMS messages are a prepaid add-on.

Are there fees on prepayments?

Stripe charges a transaction fee (typically 1.4–2.9% depending on card type, plus 1.80 DKK). It is paid by the guest or by you as the operator, depending on your prepayment configuration. TableReserver adds nothing on top of Stripe's fee.

Do you support Google Reserve?

Yes. Google Reserve integration is included. Setup takes under 10 minutes and requires a verified Google Business Profile.

What happens when the trial expires?

Nothing automatic. We don't charge you — you haven't given us a payment card. Once the 14 days are up, we ask you to add a card if you want to continue. If you don't, the account is frozen and you can export your data for 30 days.

What about resOS' free plan?

resOS offers a free plan with limited features and a commission model on paid plans (up to 1.5% per booking). TableReserver takes no commission at all — you pay a fixed monthly price and get everything included.

What is the total price of the annual plan?

Accepted Answer

The annual plan costs DKK 3,588 invoiced in one go (equivalent to 299 DKK/mo). You save DKK 600 compared with monthly billing (349 DKK/mo × 12 = DKK 4,188/year).
