Terms of Service

Contracting party

These terms govern your use of TableReserver and form an agreement between you (the subscriber) and TableReserver. Contact: hej@tablereserver.com.

Subscription and payment

• Monthly subscription: 349 DKK/mo. No lock-in.
• Annual subscription: 299 DKK/mo (invoiced as a single amount: DKK 3,588/year).
• No commission per booking. No setup fee.
• 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
• SMS messages are billed separately as prepaid bundles.

Cancellation and data export

You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your settings. You retain full access until the end of the paid period. After that you can export all your data (CSV/JSON) for 30 days, after which the account is permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

TableReserver is a software service and cannot be held liable for lost revenue, no-shows or other business consequences arising from faults in the service. Our liability is in all circumstances limited to the subscription amount paid for the current billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
