What data we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone) when you create an account
• Payment details — processed by Stripe (we store no card data)
• Booking data from your business's guests (you are the data controller for these)
• Usage data and logs (for security and troubleshooting)

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data in order to provide and improve the TableReserver service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Marketing requires your consent.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Contact us at hej@tablereserver.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).

Retention

Active accounts: data is retained for as long as the account is active. Deleted accounts: data is removed after a 30-day export window, followed by hard deletion after 2 years of inactivity.
